You have the following options to pay your tax:
  1. Mail in a check.
    You need to attach Payment Voucher (Form D-400V )

    Mail check to:
    N.C. Department of Revenue

    Raleigh, N.C. 27640-0640
  2. Send e-payment through state website.
  3. If you cannot pay the entire tax you owe, you may be eligible to enter into a payment agreement with the Department of Revenue. To determine if you are eligible for a payment plan, call or visit a service centeras soon as possible. Also you may call toll-free at 1-877-252-3052. Have a copy of your tax return available for reference when you call or visit. The Revenue Department has offices located in most major cities across the State.
