You have the following options to pay your tax:
  1. Pay by Direct Debit from bank account. You need to make sure your bank supports direct debit.
  2. You can apply for a small payment agreement by visiting Web Services for Income at www.mass.gov/dor. Do not mail your request for a payment agreement with your tax return. Requests can be made once a bill is received through DOR’s Web Services for Income application at www.mass.gov/dor or by calling the Department at (617) 887-MDOR or toll-free in Massachusetts 1-800-392-6089 using the Department’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Setting up a small payment agreement will allow you to make monthly payments within a set time period to meet your unpaid liability.
  3. Mail in a check.
    You need to attach Payment Voucher (FORM PV)
