  3. If you cannot pay the entire tax you owe, you may be eligible to enter into a payment agreement with the Department of Revenue. To determine if you are eligible for a payment plan, call or visit a service center as soon as possible. Also you may call toll-free at 1-877-252-3052. Have a copy of your tax return available for reference when you call or visit. The Revenue Department has offices located in most major cities across the State.
