State OH Amount Owe Payment Option
You have the following options to pay your tax:
  1. Pay by Direct Debit from bank account. You need to make sure your bank supports direct debit.
    OH support both Direct Debit and Deposit

    To avoid interest, the taxpayer must pay any balance due by April 16, 2007. Ohio Form IT 40P, Income Tax Payment Voucher must accompany all checks or money order payments.

  2. Mail in a check.
    You need to attach Payment Voucher (Form IT 40P)

    Mail check to:

    Please write your social security number and the tax year on the check or money order.

  3. Send e-payment through state website.

  4. Send credit card payment through third-party website.

  1. Apply your refund amount to next year's tax payment.
  2. Contribute your refund amount to charity.
  3. Receive your refund by check through mail.
  4. Receive your refund by direct deposit to your bank account.


    Taxpayer cannot deposit their refund into a credit card account.
