      It's easy and convenient to pay your personal income tax bill by credit or debit card. You can pay online or by phone:

      Make an online payment, or locate the nearest Western Union office.
      For information, visit www.WesternUnion.com or call Western Union at 800.238.5772.
      Information needed to process your payment.
      Provide Western Union with this information:
      1. Pay to: CA Franchise Tax Board

    4. Mail in a check:
