You have the following options to pay your tax:
  1. Make an electronic payment ( https://secure.dor.state.or.us/directdebit/index.faces ) from your checking or savings account. There is no fee to use this payment option. This payment option is a service provided by U.S. Bank, but you do not need to have an account with them.
  2. Mail in a check.
    You need to attach Payment Voucher (Form 40-V)

This payment method is required for businesses who are federally required to use the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For all other businesses, it is optional. You may use this option to pay.
