You have the following options to pay your tax:
  1. You can pay your current Maryland tax amount due by direct debit at the time of filing or if you have already filed and owe additional tax, you can pay the delinquent amount by direct debit using Bill Pay ( https://interactive.marylandtaxes.com/Individuals/Payment/ ).
  2. Pay by Direct Debit from bank account. You need to make sure your bank supports direct debit.
  3. You can apply for a small payment agreement by visiting Web Services for Income at www.mass.gov/dor. Do not mail your request for a payment agreement with your tax return. Requests can be made once a bill is received through DOR's Web Services for Income application at www.mass.gov/dor or by calling the Department at (617) 887-MDOR or toll-free in Maryland 1-800-392-6089 using the Department's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Setting up a small payment agreement will allow you to make monthly payments within a set time period to meet your unpaid liability.
  4. Send credit card payment through third-party website.
  5. Mail in a check.
