- Make an electronic payment ( https://secure.dor.state.or.us/directdebit/index.faces ) from your checking or savings account. There is no fee to use this payment option. This payment option is a service provided by U.S. Bank, but you do not need to have an account with them.
- Mail in a check.

- Send credit card payment through third-party website.
- Electronic Funds Transfer ( http://egov.oregon.gov/DOR/ESERV/eft-list.shtml ). Make a payment from your financial institution using Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit or credit. This payment method is required for businesses who are federally required to use the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS). For all other businesses, it is optional. You may use this option to pay.
