eSmart Tax may look different, but you can still use the same username and password that you used when you filed your taxes last year. Don’t remember you user name or password? There are several ways you can retrieve it:
- Go to the sign in page at www.esmarttax.com and choose “I cannot access my account.” Select “I forgot my Username” or “I forgot my Password” and answer the questions about your account.
